Hill Lawrence was appointed to provide mechanical and electrical consultancy for
construction of 72 residential apartments in Morley.
The building comprises 3 blocks of apartments, with central courtyard.
The mechanical services comprise heating, ventilation and domestic hot and cold water.
The electrical services comprise lighting, emergency lighting, small power, fire alarm
systems, lifts, access control and intruder alarm systems, cable television system and
car park stacking systems.
