Hill Lawrence was appointed to provide mechanical and electrical consultancy for both
the basebuild and fit out of Keepmoat’s new corporate headquarters in Doncaster.
The building comprises 3 floors, with atrium reception, board room and meeting rooms,
breakout and ancillary areas, totalling 20,000 square feet.
The mechanical services comprise 4 pipe fan coils, with central gas fired boiler plant, air
handling unit and chiller. A full BMS controls system was provided.
The electrical services include LG7 and feature lighting, emergency lighting, floor boxes
and underfloor busbar trunking, analogue addressable fire alarm system and feature lift.
