monitoring for ….
The building comprises 3 floors, with atrium reception, board room and meeting rooms,
breakout and ancillary areas, totalling 20,000 square feet.
The mechanical services comprise 4 pipe fan coils, with central gas fired boiler plant,
air handling unit and chiller. A full BMS controls system was provided.
