Hill Lawrence was appointed to provide mechanical and electrical consultancy for a new
Michelin star restaurant in Blackburn.
The building comprises a bar, restaurant with 130 covers, kitchen and ancillary areas.
The mechanical services comprise of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, domestic hot
and cold water services, above ground drainage, gas distribution and kitchen ventilation.
The electrical services comprise of lighting, emergency lighting, small power, voice/data
network, fire alarms, intruder alarms, T.V. distribution and external feature lighting.
