Hill Lawrence was appointed to provide mechanical and electrical consultancy for the
fit
out of Carlsberg Tetley’s new regional distribution centre in Leeds.
The building comprises 145,500 square feet storage area and 10,300 square feet of
offices and ancillary areas.
The mechanical services comprise gas fired heating to the distribution area, VRF
heating and cooling to the offices, office and WC ventilation and sprinklers.
The electrical services comprise lighting, emergency lighting, small power, analogue
addressable fire alarm system, lift, full clolour CCTV, access control and intruder alarm
systems.
